Please read the Terms and Conditions for Amelia Hotel prior to booking.

Please note that this property has a strict ‘No Party Policy’. Non – registered guests are welcome inside the hotel, but only in the lobby area. They are not permitted inside the room under any circumstances. There is only a maximum capacity of 2 people per double room and 1 person per single room at all times. A security deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival to cover any incidentals that may occur. Your deposit should be refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property. You will be charged if you cancel your booking within 48hours.You must show a valid photo ID upon check in.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.

Check in is from 2pm until 7pm. Check out is before 10am.  Our reception is open from 7.30am to 7pm – Monday to Saturday. Sundays hours are reduced. Any enquiries please contact us during these times. If arriving after office hours, please make arrangements with reception prior to booking. Hotel guests only permitted to stay.  All rooms at the hotel are non-smoking. Smoking in rooms will incur a $200 cleaning fee. Children under 10 years cannot be accommodated at the hotel. You will need to provide valid photo identification and you must be over the age of 18. There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms. Pets are not allowed. The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival. Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a “NO SHOW” and will be charged the total price of the reservation.  We hope you enjoy your stay!
